Katie’s extensive experience in hospitality and Master’s in Human Resource Leadership and Development draws investors who desire a more personalized approach to their money.

Katie is skilled in acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations.  When she’s not sourcing incredible opportunities for her investors and touring properties, you can find her and her husband Adam at a baseball field, either cheering on their 11-year-old son or Ole Miss baseball.

Adam Lea brings over 15 years of experience as a seasoned real estate investor.  His attention to detail, desire for efficient systems and processes, and commitment to excellence bring a unique skill set to RFC.

 

Married to Katie for over 16 years, they make a great team and complement each other’s talents.  Adam is a man of habit and ensures the intricacies that come with investing in apartments don’t go unnoticed.

 

His sense of pride in what he owns contributes to ensuring the properties have a solid tenant base, look well-maintained, and provide excellent service and communication to both the tenants and investors.

 

When Adam isn’t actively asset-managing the apartment portfolio, you can find him spending time with his family, and serving his local community as a Police Officer of over 18 years.
